In-House Solicitor: Property & Housing Development

Persimmon Homes is seeking an In-House Solicitor to join the Legal Team in Exeter, with work spanning property, land, and housing matters across regional offices.

You will advise on affordable housing, land disposals, and related planning and infrastructure work, reporting to the Group Solicitor. A solicitor or fully qualified legal executive background is required, with travel between offices as needed.
