3PL Partnerships & Logistics Strategy Lead

Ocado Logistics is hiring a 3PL Strategy & Partnerships Manager to shape Ocado’s external logistics network. You will manage £50m+ annual spend, lead open-book and closed-book contracts, and build trusted partnerships with 3PL providers to drive cost efficiency and innovation.

You’ll travel between partner sites, collaborate with Finance, Legal and Supply Chain, and design long-term strategies balancing service, scale and cost. A full UK driving licence is essential.
