Site Manager – Social Housing Kitchen & Bath Upgrades

United Infrastructure is seeking a Site Manager to oversee planned Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing. You will ensure works are safe, on time, within budget, and delivered to the highest quality while ensuring residents have a positive experience each day.

You will lead safety compliance, manage direct labour and subcontractors, and coordinate with Contracts/Project Managers. A CSCS Supervisor card and UK driving licence are essential.
