Day-Shift Team Manager: Dairy Operations & CI Leader

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a Team Manager on a 3 month secondment at our Crewkerne site. You will lead a Production Operation team, deliver safe, high-quality yogurt production, and continuously seek improvements in cost and efficiency.

The role is day shift, 6:00am–6:00pm, 4 on 4 off, with focus on developing leadership skills and collaborating with other functions to meet targets.
