Assistant Store Manager: Premium Chocolates & Experience

Hotel Chocolat is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and drive profitable sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The role requires hospitality or premium retail background, strong people skills, and the ability to lead and coach the team to achieve KPIs.

You will be accountable in the Store Manager’s absence, manage Health & Safety and HR processes, and foster relationships with customers and stakeholders to maintain the brand’s premium standard.
