Assistant Store Manager: Lead Customer Experience & Ops

Dynamite-Recruitment-Solutions is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a thriving independent retailer in Alresford, Hampshire. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure outstanding service across a large shop floor.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:45am – 5:15pm (42.5 hours per week). Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE, with 28 days annual leave, 30% in-store discount, free on-site parking and paid lunch breaks.
