Site Manager – High-End Cut & Carve Conversion (Surrey)

Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Site Manager for a unique Cut & Carve conversion of a 1930s ex-MOD building into 33 high-end apartments. You will lead internal strip-out, structural reconfiguration, and manage up to 30 on-site staff within a tight schedule.

The role requires practical builder experience, strong cost control, and a hands-on approach to refurbishment. Site-based work in Surrey, with close collaboration to the MD and an exclusive project environment.
