Site Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation (Leicester)

Construction Resources is seeking a Site Manager to oversee retrofit and decarbonisation projects in Leicester. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with clients, subcontractors and operations teams to deliver work safely, on time and to high quality standards.

The role requires at least two years’ site management experience in social housing, refurbishment or decarbonisation, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, a UK driving licence, and strong leadership and IT skills.
