Senior Data Privacy & M&A Due Diligence Lead

Gallagher is seeking a privacy professional to lead data and privacy due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and to support the integration of acquired entities into Gallagher’s privacy framework. You will provide expert advice on data and privacy risks and deliver training to colleagues in a fast-paced global environment.

You will collaborate with Legal, IT, HR and other teams to manage privacy risks across the M&A lifecycle, support divestitures, and facilitate compliance.
