Commercial lawyer 3+ years’ PQE CHELTENHAM

Due to growth of the team, this commercial law firm in Cheltenham is seeking to recruit a Commercial lawyer 3 or more years’ PQE. The team advises start-ups, SMEs and large corporates across a range of industries, with particular experience in manufacturing, tech, and retail. They also support in-house legal teams and senior management with ongoing contractual and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service;
• drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, agency, IP licensing, SaaS, etc.);
• advising on data protection, consumer law, and regulatory compliance;
• supporting corporate transactions and cross-border commercial arrangements;
• collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver pragmatic legal solutions

Applicants will have strong knowledge of Commercial procedures and regulations accompanied by strong drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are also essential.
