Supply Chain Planner

At Pilgrim’s Europe, we’re looking for an Supply Chain Planner to support the delivery of our end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, inventory and service. Working within our Central Planning team, you’ll provide critical analysis, planning insight and cross-functional coordination to help deliver a balanced and achievable business plan.

What You’ll Do

• Support short, medium and long-term integrated planning activities.
• Analyse demand, capacity, inventory and supply performance.
• Develop reporting, insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
• Maintain planning data, systems and forecasting assumptions.
• Work closely with Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement and Agriculture teams.
• Support continuous improvement in planning performance, service and data quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supply chain, production planning or operations planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within S&OP or integrated planning environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; planning systems experience is advantageous.
