Procurement Lead – Public Sector (Transport)

West Midlands Combined Authority is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across high-value projects at Midland Metro. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage open tenders under PCR2015/UCR2016/PA2023, and advise senior leaders on best-value outcomes while ensuring governance and compliance.
