Warehouse First-Line Manager: Lead & Elevate Ops

GXO Logistics in Daventry is seeking experienced First Line Managers to lead our Daikin operation. You will manage shifts, develop teams and drive performance to meet safety, quality and customer service targets.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £32,200 per year plus 33 days’ annual leave and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, dental insurance and online GP service. You’ll work rotating day shifts or a fixed night shift in a fast-paced environment.
