Own-Brand P&L Lead (Remote Europe)

Entropy seeks a hands-on leader to own P&L and push margins from 12% toward breakeven while launching a new own-brand line. You’ll manage suppliers, negotiate MOQs, and handle freight, samples and listings.

You’ll run all paid acquisition in-house with Google Shopping, PMax and Search, and optimize product pages and checkout. The role requires independent work with no team or budget approvers and offers equity and fully remote work across Europe.
