Residential Groundworks Contracts Lead (5–6 Sites)

Grand Arcade in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 5–6 residential groundworks projects, reporting to the Build Director and coordinating with site teams to ensure safety, programme delivery and quality.

You will lead Site Managers, manage subcontractors and resources, build client relationships, and drive best practice across sites. A hands-on, proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills is essential.
