Bid Manager – Large-Scale 2-Stage Tenders

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join the preconstruction team. You will help select bids to target, devise and build compelling first-stage bids, and coordinate with estimating and design teams for second-stage reviews.

You will also serve as the client point of contact for bid enquiries. Candidates should have a track record of managing large, complex bids and be confident in producing high-quality, detailed content including initial PQQs.
