Senior Project & Change Leader (12‑Month Contract)

BACP is seeking a Senior Project and Change Manager to lead a portfolio of cross-organisational projects, ensuring alignment with the Strategic Business Plan, budgets, timelines and benefits realisation. The role requires strong leadership and change management skills.

Based in Lutterworth with hybrid working, you will attend BACP House 1 day per week and work with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver complex programmes.
