HS2 Civils Quantity Surveyor – Cost & Contracts Lead

Carmichael UK in Aylesbury is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a major civils package on the HS2 project. Based on site, the role delivers highways, earthworks and associated civil engineering works across a nationally significant infrastructure program.

You will manage the commercial function, administer NEC contracts, prepare valuations, manage change control, monitor costs and lead sub‑contractor procurement and payments.
