Property and Site Services Manager

This luxury expanding business is seeking an energetic Property & Site Services Manager to oversee high-end residential properties and help drive a new maintenance and site-support service.

This is an operational role requiring someone polished, organised and confident working across luxury homes, construction environments and multiple London locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a boutique portfolio of prime rental properties
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, cleaning and contractor access
• Maintain compliance documentation and property records
• Actively promote and grow the new maintenance offering, identifying upsell opportunities
• Build strong relationships with construction teams and suppliers
• Handle sensitive matters with absolute discretion

Required Skills & Experience

• Professional, fluent English
• Experience in property management or construction-related operations
• Strong understanding of maintenance and construction practices
• Confident working independently across London
• Experience with HNW/luxury clients
• Highly organised, detail-driven and proactive
• Clean UK driving licence and confidence driving in Central London
