Construction Practice Director – Remote & Equity Eligible

Knightwell Recruitment is seeking a senior Practice Manager, Associate Director, or Senior Accounts Manager to lead a dedicated construction, property and real estate portfolio. The role combines client advisory and business development, with four accountants in the team and remote working.

You will manage client relationships, deliver commercial advice, review work, and help grow recurring fees. Salary £55,000–£65,000 plus commission, equity after 12 months, with occasional client travel.
