Global Financial Accountant – SoX & GAAP

Charles River Laboratories is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join the Global Finance Department in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. This hybrid role is onsite 1-2 days a week and focuses on the monthly close, journal entries and financial reporting under US GAAP and company policies.

You will own the close for nominated entities, prepare reconciliations, assist with statutory accounts, VAT and tax returns, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
