MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Broadstairs, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Full or part-time position – 2+ days per week.
• Surgery space Mon to Sat 9am-5pm.
• Practice can also offer optional 8am-2pm or 2-8pm sessions.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role (4-month notice period).

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Negotiable UDA target & rate.
• 50% split on Private work.
• Opportunity to grow Private list and upsell Fee Per Item.
• Huge demand for Restorative, Aesthetic and Cosmetic Treatments.
• Opportunity to offer Endodontics and Implants alongside General Dentistry.
• Onsite Treatment Co-ordinator to help drive Private.
• Typical earnings of £50,000-£180,000 per year – depending on days worked, performance levels and Private skillset.
• Dentist will receive monthly pay (no clawback).

Practice Overview:

• 11 surgery dental practice.
• 6 Dentists plus a team on Hygienists and Therapists in situ.
• Computerised with R4 software.
• Onsite CBCT and Intraoral Scanners.
• Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo in surgeries.

Location & Travel:

• Onsite parking is available.
• Easily commutable from Ramsgate, Margate, Sandwich and Canterbury.

Essential Requirements:

• GDC Registered Dentist.
• Active Performer Number
• Enhanced DBS Certificate.
