Care Home Unit Manager — Non-Clinical Leadership

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Unit Manager (Non-Clinical) for Droitwich Mews Care Home in Droitwich Spa. You will support the care home management team to deliver high-quality care in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for residents, staff and visitors.

You will monitor care standards, lead the resident-centred care planning process, liaise with relatives and health and social care professionals, and act as a delegated lead in the manager’s absence.
