Haling Park Care Home in Croydon, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN or RMN) to lead clinical governance, care planning and medication management, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care for residents.

This senior role reports to the Home Manager, provides hands-on leadership to nursing and care teams, supports staff development and drives continuous improvement, while overseeing day-to-day operations during the Home Manager’s absence.
