Mous is seeking a Senior Manager – Editor to lead and grow our editing team while staying hands-on with high-priority content. This player-manager role balances personal craft with coaching and orchestration of a fast-moving pipeline across channels, including paid social, organic, YouTube, ecommerce, and Amazon.

You will oversee a remote team, partner with strategy and production, and shape how the function scales as volume increases, maintaining high creative standards and timely delivery.
