Clinical Education Lead: Mandatory Training & Practice

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mandatory trainer/Clinical Educator to support inpatient services across Dorset. The post-holder will develop, deliver, and evaluate a programme of mandatory training and clinically relevant education to underpin professional development and evidence-based practice.

The role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
