Aerospace Continuous Improvement Engineer

IMP Aerospace and Defence in Halifax, NS is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to analyze business processes across maintenance, repair, overhaul, and supply chain. You will develop and implement improvement initiatives using lean, six sigma, and IE methods, coordinating with IT and various stakeholders to sustain gains.

You will measure outcomes, communicate results, and promote continuous improvement across the organization, including training and documentation to support changes.
