Enrichment & Safeguarding Officer

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking an Enrichment Officer to join the Safeguarding Team. You’ll safeguard students, report concerns, and provide ongoing support to those at risk while coordinating enrichment activities to build resilience and employability.

Applicants should have Level 3+ qualifications in Youth & Community, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Health & Social Care or IAG, and experience engaging 16–19 year olds. Closing date 8 September 2026.
