Senior Customer Success Manager — Enterprise Growth

Xelix is seeking a Senior Customer Success/Account Manager in the UK to own strategic customer relationships and drive renewal and expansion plans. You’ll partner with Sales, Product and Services to ensure adoption and measurable value delivery across a portfolio of high-tier clients.

You’ll build CSPs, track ROI, and present outcomes to executive sponsors. This is a hybrid role with a UK-based client base and substantial cross-functional collaboration.
