Internal Account Manager – Grow Key Relationships & Sales

Redwood Search in Worcester is seeking an Experienced Internal Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, build strong relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls and emails, processing orders and providing quotations to colleagues and customers.

Ideal candidates will have a customer-focused sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to monthly KPIs in a busy environment.
