People & Culture HRBP — Flexible 29h, Impactful Change

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing is seeking a People Business Partner in Rochdale to work 29 hours per week within the People & Culture team. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies, workforce planning and change initiatives, and lead on complex employee relations.

Reporting to the Director of People, you’ll coach managers, provide expert guidance on ER matters, and ensure decisions are informed by data.
