Job Description:
Sutton Council in London is seeking a Tenancy Enforcement and Litigation Officer (Grade 7) to lead enforcement under the Renters Rights Act 2025 and related eviction laws. This role is hybrid and is offered on a full-time basis.
You will act as the Council’s expert on tenancy enforcement, driving action against rogue landlords and coordinating with Legal Services, the Police and Social Care to achieve lawful, life-changing outcomes for tenants.
