Repairs Scheduler – Damp, Mould & Disrepair

Randstad CPE is seeking a Repairs Scheduler / Coordinator to proactively manage diary scheduling for the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Team in Eastleigh. The role focuses on coordinating field operatives and surveyors, managing compliance documentation, and delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in work scheduling within social housing or facilities management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and in-house scheduling systems.
