North East Young Dads and Lads Project (NEYDL) seeks a Business Development Manager to establish and lead the commercial function, driving earned income from commissioned services and traded products. You will build the BD function from scratch, report to the CEO, and sit on the senior management team.

You will identify routes to market, develop relationships with commissioners, and shape NEYDL’s commercial strategy for the North East and nationwide training initiatives.
