Mortgage Product Performance Lead (Hybrid) Up to £65k

Nottingham Building Society is hiring two Product Performance Managers to oversee how our mortgage strategy comes to life commercially. You will own performance management within a key lending segment and collaborate with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing to drive outcomes.

The role focuses on end-to-end product propositions, pricing influence, customer communications, and retention, while delivering strong market insight and ensuring fair value in a regulated setting.
