Cluster Shop Lead – Charity Retail & Volunteers

Isabel Hospice in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Assistant Cluster Shop Manager to support our Waltham Cross and Cheshunt charity shops. You’ll work with volunteers to ensure high standards reflecting our values while driving sales and customer service.

The role is 14 hours per week, with Sunday shifts plus one weekday, requiring weekend work and flexibility. You’ll create appealing displays, lead by example, and help promote Gift Aid and community events to raise funds for care.
