Waste Services Team Lead

Liverpool City Council is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead recycling and waste teams in the Neighbourhoods and Housing directorate. The role covers day-to-day delivery, planning, safety, and performance management within a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will coordinate staff, vehicles and equipment, respond to enquiries, and help drive continuous improvement while aligning with the Council Plan and customer service standards.
