Plant Floor Leader – OTIF & Safety Champion

Alkegen is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Production Manager across the Rainford site. You will lead a manufacturing team of about 10 across three plants on a 4-on/4-off days and nights schedule, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high OTIF output.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, with experience in Lean, 5S and TPM, and strong communication across levels. SAP and IT proficiency are valued.
