Majestic Wine Bangor is recruiting a Trainee Manager to join our team on a 12-month development programme that prepares you for a future Store Manager role. You will work through a structured pathway with support from the Store Manager, gaining experience across operations, service and leadership.

You will drive store performance, deliver exceptional customer service, grow wine knowledge, and manage stock deliveries while maintaining a high standard of store appearance.
