M&E Commercial Manager | Birmingham | Project Profitability

Fusion People Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager (M&E) to lead the commercial performance across a portfolio of mechanical and electrical projects. You will own cost control, risk management, and margin protection while working closely with project teams.

This role requires strong NEC/JCT contract knowledge, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive profitability on multiple sites with occasional travel.
