Deputy Aftersales Service Manager – KPI & Team Leader

Porsche Retail Group is recruiting for a Service Manager to act as deputy to the Aftersales Manager and run the Service Department daily. You will drive customer experiences, team performance and commercial results in a Porsche-standard environment.

You will develop and motivate a talented team, oversee service reception and workshop operations, manage KPIs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, while delivering high standards of customer service.
