Seasonal Retail Manager: Lead Teams & Charity Sales

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking Seasonal Retail Managers to run a busy temporary charity shop during the Christmas period across the UK, including Colchester, coordinating volunteers and delivering great customer service to maximise fundraising.

You will manage day-to-day shop operations, organise rotas, drive sales, ensure stock is well presented and handle EPOS and banking tasks. Roles can be full-time or part-time from October to December 2026 in multiple locations.
