Senior Planning Lead – MEP & Project Controls (Hybrid)

Build Recruitment Limited is sourcing a Planning Lead for a North West portfolio of high-value, technically complex projects. The role is hybrid in the North West with a £70,000 – £90,000 (DOE) package.

You will lead the planning strategy across major MEP projects, own critical paths, and provide expertise on EOTs, delay analysis and claims while collaborating with senior stakeholders and clients.
