Facilities Manager – Health & Safety Leader + Team Management

Yeo Valley in Blagdon is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all facilities, building compliance, and security across YVHQ, TheGarden Café, The New Inn, Rural Stays and YVHQ Serviced Offices. You will lead a high performing team of eight including housekeeping, maintenance and reception.

The role offers a 40-hour week at our Head Office in Blagdon with a salary of £45,000. We value passion for food, farming and sustainability and seek someone proactive and brand-aligned.
