Sports Centre Ops Lead: Growth, Service & People

Bradfield College is seeking an experienced Operations & Performance Lead to oversee two busy sports centres during a period of transformation. You will lead Duty Managers and frontline teams, plan work rosters, and drive service standards with a focus on safety and customer experience.

You will combine strong people leadership with commercial judgement, shaping how the centres operate and grow for pupils, staff and visitors. The role offers an opportunity to lead from the front.
