Join Close Brothers Customer Support Team where you will demonstrate to your colleagues what effective account management looks like. Working as part of the Customer Support Team our ideal team member will have previous experience working in a customer focused environment with excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Champion a culture of tailored and agile customer service focused on building relationships and anticipating customer needs.
- Develop and nurture expertise within the Team, recognising our expert and tailored approach to servicing our customers especially those most Vulnerable.
- Handle challenging problems and produce well thought out, actionable and creative approaches.
- Promote awareness within the Team for potential legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Developing Our People: as a line manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, as well as developing performance through coaching. You will encourage your team to take responsibility for their own personal development and provide support through regular feedback.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within a collections environment.
- Ability to problem-solve and critically assess existing processes and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to self-manage with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
