Weekend Student Living Concierge

RGIT Australia in Thornaby-on-Tees is seeking a Part-time Permanent Customer Services Advisor to support students living in accommodation. You will be the first point of contact, handle queries by phone, email and in person, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires strong English, maths, and communication skills, experience in customer service or admin, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
