Multiskilled Engineer: Building Systems & Maintenance

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Bedfordshire is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to respond to breakdowns, perform routine maintenance, and monitor critical equipment across regional sites. You will liaise with subcontractors to ensure CBRE standards are met.

The role includes testing power quality, completing weekly/monthly PPMs, maintaining logs, and complying with 18th Edition wiring regs and health & safety policies. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with overtime and on-call availability.
