NPD Manager, FMCG Home Care (Hybrid)

Zest Plan is seeking a New Product Development Manager to define, launch and grow its own-brand home appliance cleaning and maintenance products. This hands-on role reports to the Commercial Director and collaborates with Marketing and Operations to deliver a premium customer experience.

You will own the range from sourcing to shelf, manage formulation, packaging, quality, and margin, and align product decisions with member-based care while maintaining integrity of advice.
