Oncology Patient Care Navigator

The London Clinic is seeking a Patient Support Co-ordinator to join the Oncology team. You will manage referrals and appointments for chemotherapy, radiotherapy and haematology care, coordinating with nursing teams, pharmacy, consultants and secretaries to ensure plans are accurate and on time.

You will be the main point of contact for patients, providing clear information with a compassionate, patient-focused approach during a challenging time, in a central London hospital setting.
